Pre-Milling

Removes surface various defects from the panel edge to ensure optimal edge banding quality.

Gluing Unit :

Fast-Melting Adhesive + Upper Glue Pot Coating System + Automatic Glue Granule Supply

The adhesive amount is well-controlled, with good thermal conductivity, stable operation, uniform coating, stronger adhesion, and a more perfect edge sealing effect.

Pressing & Glue Scraping

Strong pressing force makes the edge band adhere tightly. Scrapes off excess glue for minimal glue lines and a clean finish.

End cutting

Utilizes linear guide rails with sliders for high precision and durability. An automatic lubrication system extends equipment life. Pneumatic positioning enables accurate, stable trimming of short and thick panels.

Rough trimming+Fine trimming

Rough Trimming: Quickly flatten the excess edge banding on the top and bottom sides for a more perfect trimming effect.

Fine Trimming: Shape the excess edge banding that protrudes from the top and bottom surfaces of the panel into an R-shaped corner, ensuring that the edges of the edge banding are flush and smooth with the surfaces of the panel.

Corner Rounding
Processes the corners of the panel into smooth, rounded chamfers for a more aesthetic finish.

Different-shaped panels can be trimmed to fit

 

Edge Scrapers

This process removes any knife marks left by the trimming blades, ensuring a smooth and visually appealing surface on the edge banding material.

2 sets buffing

Removes glue marks and makes the edge band and panel surface for a smooth and clean finish.

Reducer

Equipped with a 4.0 kW motor for stable and powerful performance.

Rubber coated supporting roller

Rubber-coated support wheels are installed in front and rear of the support rollers to prevent panel damage during feeding and unloading.
