Separation Agent Device

Serves a separating function, solving the issue of hot melt adhesive contaminating the board surface after gluing.

Bevel and straight Forming

Utilizes a 0.75KW motor for straight edge processing and a 5.5KW motor for bevel edge crushing.

Panel Heating Unit

When the temperature is low, the panel's surface to be glued is heated before gluing, ensuring stronger adhesion and a more perfect edge-banding effect.

Edge Band Grooving Mechanism

 

Pressing Mechanism

The pressing process first presses the bevel edge and then the straight edge, effectively solving the issue of glue separation at the front end of the straight edge. It also meets the requirements for full bevel edge processing.

  

End cutting

Quickly cutting the front and rear edge sealing tapes, with two saw blades aligned front and rear, achieving high precision and efficiency.

 

Rough and Fine Trimming Mechanism

The high-speed motor trims the excess edge band that protrudes from the top and bottom surfaces of the board, ensuring that the top and bottom edges of the edge band are flush and smooth with the surfaces of the wood board.

Scraping

Effectively removes any knife marks and fine-trimmed R-round corners left by the trimming knife.

Flat Edge Scraping + Cleaning Agent Device

Flat Edge Scraping: Removes excess hot melt glue from the surface of the workpiece.

Cleaning Agent Device: Dilutes residual hot melt glue, making it easier to clean.

Buffing

Removes glue marks and makes the edge band and panel surface for a smooth and clean finish.

Deceleration motor

4kW power, stable operation.

Rubber coated supporting wheel

The front and rear auxiliary supporting wheels are equipped with rubber coated supporting wheels to prevent the plate from knocking.
