- The upper spindle is a 6KW spindle + 5.5KW automatic tools changer spindle with five-axis rotation, equipped with 6 ATCs and 2 independent ATCs, which can complete milling, light line grooves, light strip grooves, hinge grooves, invisible connection grooves, lamino, 45° sawing, drilling, milling and other processes.
- Among them, the 6KW upper spindle: with horizontal saw blades and vertical milling cutters, it can complete side groove processes such as light line grooves and light strip grooves.
- The lower processing unit has a 6kw double spindle design, and customers can install two milling cutters for different processes according to their needs (for example, one can process straighteners, and the other can process vertical grooves such as light grooves), without the need to manually change tools back and forth, improving processing efficiency.
- The drill set is arranged in a compact and reasonable manner, and two drill bits can be used simultaneously to drill wood plug holes and glue grain holes at any position on the workpiece, which is superior to the standard L-shaped arrangement. The vertical drill has a square combination drill that can simultaneously drill adjacent holes of different sizes.
- The feed clamp has a unique design with an opening in the middle, allowing small boards to be drilled close to the clamp position. A single clamp with four positioning columns provides more stable processing of small strip boards.
- The booster pump only supplies air to the drill set independently, which is designed for use with the drill set to ensure more reliable and guaranteed hole depth.
- Intelligent upper positioning device with intelligent angle error centering function, which does not affect the positioning of arc and fan-shaped plates.
- Supports simulation function, allowing processing actions to be viewed in advance to avoid misprocessing.
- Big data analysis, statistics on the number of times each drill bit has been used, prompting drill bit replacement when the set number of uses is reached.
- Processing statistics function: statistics on the QR code information of each plate, processing start time, end time, time spent, upper and lower plate placement time intervals, convenient for employee performance management.
- Network-based remote service, remote machine updates and backup, bus communication technology, more convenient and detailed alarm information, and better connection to the MES system alarm interface.
