The upper main spindle is a C axis rotatable 9KW automatic tools changer spindle with 6 ATC, 1 independent cross side milling cutter magazine + lamino side milling cutter magazine, which can complete milling, lamp groove, lamp strip groove, hinge groove, invisible connection groove, front 45° lamino and other processes.
The lower processing unit is equipped with horizontal and vertical Lamino saw blades for precise processing of invisible fittings grooves in the X and Y directions.
The drill sets are arranged in a compact and reasonable structure, so that two drill bits can be used simultaneously to drill wood plug holes and glue particle holes at any position on the board, which is superior to the standard L-type arrangement. Vertical drilling has a square combination drill that can simultaneously drill adjacent holes of different sizes.
An additional dust extraction device is installed in the middle of the upper drill set to solve the problem of dust on the panel surface.
The minimum spacing between the double drill sets for vertical holes is 64 mm, and the minimum panel width spacing in the X direction for the double drill sets for horizontal holes is 128 mm. The booster pump only supplies air to the drill set independently, which is designed for use with the drill set to ensure more reliable and guaranteed hole depth.
