Description

Narrow Board End Head Auxiliary Feeding

Specially designed for edge banding on narrow board end heads, with feeding that does not deviate, making feeding convenient, safe, and improving efficiency.

Narrow Board Automatic Side Pressure Device

Specially designed for edge banding on the long sides of narrow boards, ensuring non-deviation in feeding, convenient and safe feeding.

Auxiliary bearing roller

Preventing panel surface damage, making narrow panel move more stable on the conveyor, stabilizing the edge banding process.

Small pressing roller

Adopt 38mm diameter small pressing roller, realizing 3-point pressing for narrow panel,stabilizing panel feeding, increasing edge banding quality.

Separation Agent Device

It serves a separation function to address the issue of hot melt adhesive contaminating the board surface after glue application.

 

Pre-Milling

Through the milling mechanism, various defects on the processed surface can be removed, ensuring the edge banding achieves the best possible condition.

Panel Heating Unit

When the temperature is low, the heating unit warms the panel's gluing surface before glue application, ensuring a stronger bond and a more perfect edge sealing.

 

Gluing Unit 1:PUR Non-Cleaning Glue Pot

The non-cleaning glue pot offers easier, more convenient, and quick cleaning, suitable for selecting two different colors of glue.

Linear PUR Hot Melt Glue Pump Machine

Gluing Unit 2:

Fast-Melting Adhesive + Upper Glue Pot Coating System + Automatic Glue Granule Supply

The adhesive amount is well-controlled, with good thermal conductivity, stable operation, uniform coating, stronger adhesion, and a more perfect edge sealing effect.

Pressing Unit

Each steel wheel is equipped with a glue scraper for quickly removing adhesive stuck to the pressing wheels; the silicone wheel ensures a stronger pressing effect.

 

  

End cutting

Quickly cutting the front and rear edge sealing tapes, with two saw blades aligned front and rear, achieving high precision and efficiency.

 

Rough trimming+Fine trimming

Rough Trimming: Quickly flatten the excess edge banding on the top and bottom sides for a more perfect trimming effect.

Fine Trimming: Shape the excess edge banding that protrudes from the top and bottom surfaces of the panel into an R-shaped corner, ensuring that the edges of the edge banding are flush and smooth with the surfaces of the panel.

Corner rounding

The corner rounding (chamfering) makes the four corners of the panel round and beautiful.

 

Different-shaped panels can be trimmed to fit

 

Edge Scrapers

This process removes any knife marks left by the trimming blades, ensuring a smooth and visually appealing surface on the edge banding material.

Flexible Flat Scraper + Cleaning Agent Device

Flexible Flat Scraper: Removes excess adhesive and impurities from the board surface, ensuring the workpiece is clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Cleaning Agent Device: Dilutes residual hot melt adhesive, making the board surface easier to clean.

2 sets buffing

Remove excess glue residue to make the edge sealing tape smoother and cleaner.

Deceleration motor

4kw power, stable operation.

Rubber coated supporting wheel

The front and rear auxiliary supporting wheels are equipped with rubber coated supporting wheels to prevent the plate from knocking.
