Separation Agent Device

It serves a separation function to address the issue of hot melt adhesive contaminating the board surface after glue application.

Pre-Milling

Through the milling mechanism, various defects on the processed surface can be removed, ensuring the edge banding achieves the best possible condition.

Board Heating Unit

When the temperature is low, heats the surface of the board to be glued before applying glue, ensuring stronger adhesion and a more perfect edge banding.

 

Gluing System 1 : Fast-Melter + Upper Glue Pot System

The adhesive amount is well-controlled, with good thermal conductivity, stable operation, uniform coating, stronger adhesion, and a more perfect edge sealing effect.

Six-channel belt conveyors

Each set is available with six types of edge banding (maximum width 60mm), with seamless change over between types to minimize changeover time and effectively boost production capacity.

Pressing

Includes 4 steel wheels + a steel wheel with a glue-cleaning scraper device + 1 silicone wheel mode. Each steel wheel is equipped with a glue-cleaning scraper to quickly remove glue adhered to the pressure application wheels. The silicone wheel ensures a more secure adhesion.

Two-Seat Three-Motor Quick end cutting

It consists of a single-track double end head and a single-track single end head. The precise linear guide movement ensures quick cutting of the edge banding tape, maintaining a smooth and flat edge banding surface, achieving better edge banding results, saving material, and increasing production efficiency. It also allows for quick switching between end head and quick head.

Rough trimming+

Pneumatic fine trimming for two kinds of edgeband thickness

Rough trimming:

Cut off edge on the upper and lower sides of panel quickly and neatly to achieve perfect edge banding effect.

Pneumatic fine trimming for two kinds of edgeband thickness:

Cutting and shaping the excess edge on upper and lower panel and trimming into an R-angle shape, the upper and lower edges will be flat to the panel and smooth. It can trim thick and thin edge, switching by one single button.

Integrated High-Speed Four-Blade Corner rounding

Utilizes a four-motor tracking profiling system with directional chip removal for more precise and stable operation. This system processes the edge banding round corners (beveling), making the four corners of the panel smooth and aesthetically pleasing.

Different-shaped panels can be trimmed to fit

 

Two Sets of Scraping

90-Degree Horizontal Scraping Mechanism

Features an enlarged disc and slider adjustment for smoother operation.

Designed for both thick and thin edge bands, enabling one-click quick switching. Effectively removes trimming marks and refines R-shaped corners for a flawless finish.

Wire Breakage Mechanism + Flexible Flat Scraper + Cleaning Agent Device

Wire Breakage Mechanism: Resolves issues such as edge banding threads affecting the normal operation of the flat scraper or causing the polishing unit to jam or burn out the motor.

Flexible Flat Scraper: Removes excess hot melt adhesive from the surface of the workpiece board.

Cleaning Agent Device: Dilutes residual hot melt adhesive, making it easier to clean.

Two Sets of buffing

Removes excess adhesive residue, making the edge banding and board surface smoother and cleaner.

Deceleration motor

Auxiliary Support Rollers

Protects workpiece surfaces while ensuring stable transport of narrow panels on the conveyor belt, enhancing edgebanding stability.

Double-Row Gantry Type Guide Rails

Stainless steel infeed and outfeed boards with standard auxiliary rollers to avoid damaging the panel and ensure smoother feeding.

Unique Design: Encapsulated Traction Wheels

Auxiliary support beams are equipped with encapsulated traction wheels at the front and rear to prevent the boards from being damaged during loading and unloading.
