  • Two sets of five-roller pressing, consisting of 4 steel rollers + steel roller glue cleaning scraper device + 1 silicone roller mode. Each steel roller is equipped with a glue cleaning scraper for quick removal of adhesive residue on the pressing roller; silicone roller ensures firmer pressing.

Panel Heating Unit

When the temperature is low, the heating unit warms the panel's gluing surface before glue application, ensuring a stronger bond and a more perfect edge sealing.

Gluing: PUR Changeover Pot

The PUR Changeover Pot is easier, more convenient, and quick cleaning, suitable for two different colors of glue.

Hot Air Blower + Extended Press Rollers

Preheating the edge band and glue before pressing ensures better adhesion. A set of six press rollers, combined with two sets of rubber rollers, provides strong pressing force, resulting in a more secure edge band, smaller glue lines, and perfect edge banding effect.

End cutting

Utilizes linear guide rails with sliders for high precision and durability. An automatic lubrication system extends equipment life. Pneumatic positioning enables accurate, stable trimming of short and thick panels.

Rough trimming+Fine trimming

Rough Trimming: Quickly removes excess edge tape from the top and bottom, enhancing the overall finish.
Fine Trimming: Rounds the excess edge tape on the top and bottom into an R-shaped arc, ensuring the edge is smooth and flush with the panel surface.

Four-Blade High-Speed corner rounding

The system uses four motors with a directional chip-removal tracking and profiling system, ensuring more precise and stable operation. It effectively rounds the edges (chamfering) of the panel, creating smooth and aesthetically pleasing corners on all four sides of the board.

Edge Scraping

Eliminates cutter marks and refines the R-rounded corners left by fine trimming for a smooth final surface.

Glue Scraper + Cleaning Device

Glue Scraper: Patented technology for removing excess glue from the surface of workpieces.
Cleaning device: diluting residual hot melt adhesive, easier to clean.

Buffing

Removes glue marks and makes the edge band and panel surface for a smooth and clean finish.

Reducer

Equipped with a 5.5 kW motor for stable and powerful performance.

Rubber coated supporting roller

Rubber-coated support wheels are installed in front and rear of the support rollers to prevent panel damage during feeding and unloading.
